Therapy & Coaching For Women

Helping women quiet the noise, trust themselves, and build lives that feel more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.

Lasting change doesn't come from trying harder. It comes from understanding yourself more fully.

Life has a way of pulling us in a hundred different directions. Between work, relationships, family, responsibilities, and the expectations we place on ourselves, it can become difficult to hear our own voice beneath all the noise.

From the outside, it may look like you're doing just fine. You're capable. Dependable. The person others count on. You show up, push through, and somehow manage to keep most of the balls in the air.

But inside, it's a different story.

Your mind rarely slows down. You know something isn't working, but you can't quite put your finger on what or why. Maybe you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, or tried every productivity hack you could find—only to discover you're still getting stuck in the same patterns.

Therapy offers something different.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you begin. In fact, many people come to therapy because they don't know where to start. Together, we'll slow things down, get curious instead of critical, and make sense of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that have shaped your life.

As you begin to understand yourself more fully, you'll be better equipped to respond to life's challenges with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-trust.

Common Thoughts & Struggles

  • From the outside, it looks like you have it all together - but inside, it feels chaotic.
  • You overthink decisions and replay conversations long after they're over.
  • You struggle to say no or set boundaries without feeling guilty.
  • You're your own harshest critic and find yourself comparing your life, relationships, or accomplishments to those of others.
  • You feel responsible for other people's needs and emotions.
  • You have a hard time asking for or accepting help, even when you need it.
  • You feel like you're juggling too many responsibilities, yet somehow still falling behind.
  • You know what you need to do, you just can't seem to do it consistently.
  • You procrastinate, then beat yourself up for procrastinating.
  • Your mind rarely slows down, making it difficult to truly relax.
  • You second-guess yourself and look to others for reassurance that you're doing the "right" thing.
  • You worry you're letting people down, even when you're doing your best.
  • You often feel exhausted, but can't seem to give yourself permission to rest.
  • You feel disconnected from yourself and aren't sure who you are anymore.
  • You keep finding yourself stuck in the same patterns, even though you're ready for something to change.
  • You can't remember the last time you truly felt at peace.

How I can Help

Therapy that helps you understand yourself - not just cope.

One of the things I love most about this work is helping people untangle what's really going on beneath the surface. Symptoms make a lot more sense once you understand what they're trying to do.

Anxiety may be trying to keep you safe.

Perfectionism may be trying to protect you from criticism or failure.

People-pleasing may have helped you maintain relationships or avoid conflict.

Procrastination may be less about motivation and more about ADHD, overwhelm, or fear of not doing something well enough.

Together, we'll get curious, not judgmental, about the patterns that have shaped your life. Once you understand why they developed, you can begin choosing responses that better align with the life you want to live.

What Sessions Are Like

Therapy isn't about me giving you all the answers. It's also not about you doing all the talking while I quietly nod.

Our sessions are collaborative conversations. I'll ask thoughtful questions, help you notice patterns and connections you may not have seen before, gently challenge unhelpful beliefs or behaviors, and offer practical strategies you can begin using right away.

Some days we'll focus on building skills to help you navigate what's happening in the present. Other days we'll slow down and explore the experiences, beliefs, values, and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. More often than not, we'll do a little of both.

Above all, therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have it all figured out.

My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the confidence to take your next step forward.

You don't have to keep doing this alone.

Healing isn't about becoming someone different. It's about understanding yourself with greater compassion, recognizing the patterns that no longer serve you, and building the confidence to move through life in a way that feels true to who you are.

When you're ready, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
