Online Therapy That Fits Into Real Life
Therapy is important — but fitting one more appointment into an already full life can be hard. Online therapy makes it easier to get the support you need without adding a commute, sitting in a waiting room, or rearranging your entire day.
At Rooted Resilience, all therapy sessions are offered virtually through a secure, confidential video platform. You can meet with me from wherever you feel most comfortable and have privacy — whether that's your home, your office, a dorm room, or another quiet space.
And while therapy happens through a screen, that doesn't mean it has to feel distant or impersonal. The relationship we build is still at the heart of the work. We'll talk, laugh, problem-solve, sit with the hard stuff, and work together toward meaningful change — just without having to be in the same physical room.
Why Online Therapy?
Virtual therapy can make counseling more accessible and easier to fit into everyday life. It can be especially helpful if you:
- Have a busy work, school, or family schedule
- Live in an area where finding the right therapist locally can be difficult
- Are a college student balancing classes, work, and everything else
- Feel more comfortable opening up from your own space
- Want to avoid travel time and make therapy easier to maintain consistently
- Simply prefer the convenience of meeting virtually
All you need is a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space where you feel comfortable talking.
Therapy, Wherever You Are
One of the biggest benefits of telehealth is that your therapist doesn't have to be right down the road to be the right fit.
I provide online therapy to clients located throughout New Hampshire, Maine, New York, and Connecticut, which means we can work together even if we're hundreds of miles apart.
Finding a therapist you genuinely connect with matters. Geography shouldn't make that harder than it needs to be.
Curious whether we'd be a good fit?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk a little about what you're looking for, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels right.
